3. Disputes.
If any provision of this agreement is found partially or fully unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains valid. The Client agrees that all disputes between the Attorney and Client, including costs, fees, service quality, malpractice claims (breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, etc.), will be resolved through binding arbitration per § 1280, et seq., California Code of Civil Procedure. The parties agree to arbitration through the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Judicate West, or, if unavailable, JAMS. Binding arbitration waives the right to a jury trial. The prevailing party in any dispute will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not cause harm to the Firm or other users.
